Blackpool break, Route assesments and The Countryside

This week at Thrills and Skills for Life we have been our usual busy selves. We organised a break for a group to blackpool. Chris has been carrying out Route
assessments for the NHS to provide a variety of safe yet fun cycle routes for groups in the North East. We have also been busy preparing for the 5 Day Leadership, Management and Survival skills course we are running in the South West. We still found time to take a group on a wildlife cycle ride and you can see from the picture. We saw some wonderful wildlife too.

Cycling with children in Durham

The week has finished in a great way! Taking children cycling on behalf of the NHS Get Active scheme and even in the pouring rain they elected to keep going! Luckily i had 5 spare jackets with me to share out. I always carry safety kit and spare kit for other people, after all its my job to keep my groups safe and happy!
